Financial Administration
We support you in the financial administration of your project. EuroVienna helps you to comply with the eligibility rules for your project by drawing up guidelines, checking documents and financial monitoring (call-off, distribution, controlling, changes, invoicing, reclaiming).
We also help you with contract management (grant agreement, partnership agreement, etc.) and tender management (service provider contracts, request for proposals, awarding of contracts).
Project accounting
We support the preparation of financial reports to the steering committee and the funding body in accordance with the requirements of the funding instrument. EuroVienna takes over the preparation of audit documents, provides support during audits (such as First Level Control (FLC) and Second Level Control (SLC)) and takes care of the final accounting of your EU-project.
