Following approval by the funding program, we support you as an external service provider or project partner in the implementation of your project, particularly but not exclusively in the project management and communication work packages. For many topics, we also use our expertise to support the implementation of selected work packages.

Project management
We take over the project coordination for your project - from managing and monitoring the milestones and deliverables to any project amendments. We take care of all the obligations set out in the partnership agreement and grant agreement.
We support you with meeting management by organising project meetings. This ranges from the kick-off meeting to the mid-term meeting and the final audit.
We also help you with reporting by preparing reports to the steering committee, the funding body and other key stakeholders in accordance with the requirements of the funding instrument.
Finally, we can also support the content of your project. Our team brings expertise and professional experience in a wide range of areas and can support the implementation of content-related work packages where necessary.
Communication measures
We can provide support with both internal and external project communication: We create a communication plan in collaboration with you, organise project events and help with other public relations measures, as well as the dissemination of project results according to the dissemination plan.
We can also support you with event management (preparatory meetings, kick-offs, workshops, final conferences, etc.).
