Corinna Franzinelli

Corinna Franzinelli, MSc in Animal Welfare - Science, Ethics and Law and MA in Human Rights and Democratization, Project Manager and Communications Officer at EuroVienna, graduated from the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratization in Venice in September 2016. After graduating, she moved to Brussels where she worked for over five years in both the non-profit and private sector with a focus on the EU institutions and EU-funded projects, including at European Microfinance as Junior Expert of the EaSI TA project, at Plan International as EU Partnership Assistant, as EU Officer at the EU Representation of Deutsche Bahn AG and as Compliance and Finance Officer for an EU-funded project of the International Rescue Committee. During her time in Brussels, she began volunteering at an animal shelter in Brussels and now leads its adoption and adoption follow-up teams. In 2019, she started a part-time distance learning course 'Animal Welfare Science, Ethics, and Law' at the University of Winchester, which she completed in 2021 with distinction and a quantitative research paper on the return of the wolf to South Tyrol. In 2021, she also moved to Vienna and started working for FOUR PAWS International. She took over the project management for the CARO project and designed its website, which was published in 2022. In 2023, she joined EuroVienna as a project manager and works in the areas of funding advice, project development and project submission as well as project and financial management and communication.
