Raiffeisenbank International AG (RBI) supports a large number of large enterprises in Eastern and Central Europe. In order to be able to advise these companies well on their future investments, RBI wanted to have an overview of possible funding opportunities. It also wanted to gain a better understanding of the system of funding programs in order to be able to better carry out risk assessments for funded projects.

Project Summary

The aim of the workshop series was to give employees a more comprehensive understanding of funding programs and their systems. In addition, important sources of information were presented and real use cases from anonymous project beneficiaries were analysed and discussed in the workshop. Four workshops were held and a total of around 20 people were trained.
