Helene Hovorka

Helene-Hannah Hovorka, MA in Political Science, is a Junior EU Project Manager at EuroVienna and has extensive experience in European cooperation, EU project management and public administration. After completing her Master's degree in Political Science in 2020, she worked at the Federal Ministry of Defense, where she dealt with European security and defense policy issues. She then moved to ÖSB Consulting GmbH, where she worked in the implementation of EU-funded projects in the areas of employment, social affairs and inclusion. There she gained valuable experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects with international partners. She deepened her expertise in European cooperation through her work in the European Parliament, where she was a trainee in the Subcommittee on Security and Defense. She then worked for the City of Vienna, where she managed district projects and gained in-depth insights into the processes of public administration at municipal level. Since 2025, she has been part of the EuroVienna project team, where she contributes her experience in managing EU-funded projects and working with international institutions.
